Health & Physical Education


At St Gabriel's we promote the development of a healthy lifestyle by allowing students to participate in a wide range of sports and physical activity. All classes are timetabled with an hour of Physical Education once per week. Fitness lessons are also integrated through the weekly timetable. In Health, students develop the skills, knowledge, and understanding to strengthen their sense of self, and build respectful relationships. They learn to build on personal strengths and assets to enhance safety and wellbeing.
